The coaching from James at TCUK is brilliant. Coming from a running background I would never have got anywhere near my swim or cycle speeds without the structured but flexible approach.
My swim CSS (Critical Swim Speed) started off around 1:50/100, and finished up around 1:40. My bike threshold power started off around 220 watts, and at the last measurement was just under 300 watts.
It’s like having a gym membership you actually use!
